Raclette

Raclette is a traditional Swiss meal. Raclette cheese is melted and served over boiled small potatoes. The meal also usually includes very thinly sliced dried beef (Buendenerfleisch), cornichons, pearl onions and bread. We highly recommend our Wurzelbrot Rustic to accompany your meal.
